About The Founders

Shawn Pride, CEO

Shawn has over 11 years of consulting experience mostly working on process and IT improvement projects in the middle and back office of some of the largest and most successful private equity funds. She is recognized as an expert in the field and serves as an advisor to many organizations on industry best practices and the latest perspective on operational issues and changes. In 1998, Shawn began her career at one of the Big Five consulting firms managing and delivering IT and business process reengineering projects, with a focus on Investran systems implementations and similar consulting projects within the Alternative Assets/Private Equity industry. Upon leaving Accenture in 2005 as a Manager, Shawn co-founded P&L Consulting Group.

Hye Kyung Lee, President & COO

Hye Kyung has extensive experience implementing large scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems combined with a deep understanding of Private Equity and Hedge Funds and related systems. Her understanding and experience with ERP systems helps to bring a perspective on financial system best practices to an industry where very few standards exist. Hye Kyung’s career has included time working in top-tier management consulting firms and working within the financial as well as energy and chemical industries. Hye Kyung has an engineering background and a strong combination of business, technical and functional knowledge. Her strengths include providing strategic direction, implementation best practices and project life cycle management.
